The Ummah Healthcare Centre was established in Monihar, Chandpur, to respond to the severe lack of accessible medical services in the surrounding rural communities. For many families in the area, healthcare remains out of reach due to cost, distance, and limited local provision, leaving common illnesses untreated and vulnerable groups - particularly women, children and the elderly - without regular medical support.

The Centre currently provides free and subsidised consultations, maternal and child health services, and essential medicines for low-income patients, ensuring that no one is turned away due to their financial circumstances. Alongside treatment, the Centre also plays an important role in promoting health awareness and preventative care within the community.

As demand for services continues to grow, the Ummah Healthcare Centre is being developed with the long-term aim of becoming a fully equipped rural medical facility, capable of serving thousands of patients each year and offering a reliable source of care for those who would otherwise go without.
